Our service includes personalised clinic recommendations, available pricing and language support information, appointment coordination, and practical details for your visit.
We focus on aesthetic clinics and treatments, including skin treatments, lasers, skin tightening and injectables. The treating doctor will assess which treatments are suitable for you.

Our one-time concierge fee is ¥10,000 per person. After payment, we arrange a 10-minute video call to discuss your goals, treatment interests, budget and availability. This helps us personalise your clinic recommendations.

¥10,000 PER PERSON
Includes your video call, personalised clinic recommendations and appointment coordination.
Clinic consultation and treatment charges are additional and paid directly to the clinic.

EXPLORE YOUR OPTIONS
We put together a shortlist from our selected clinic network, based on your preferences and schedule. You’ll receive information about location, relevant treatments, available pricing and language support.

ALL ARRANGED
CHOOSE YOUR CLINIC
Once you’ve selected your preferred clinic, we coordinate the appointment request. When the clinic confirms, we send you the date, time, address and arrival instructions.

ENJOY YOUR VISIT
You attend your appointment and pay the clinic directly for your consultation and treatments. We check in afterwards to hear how your visit went.

What’s Included
One fee. Everything covered up to your appointment.
A one-time fee covering your 10‑minute video call, personalised clinic recommendations and appointment coordination.
Clinic consultation and treatment charges are separate and paid directly to the clinic.
Payment is charged in Japanese yen. The USD amount is a guide and varies with exchange rates.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. You can tell us what you would like to address, and we’ll help you explore clinics offering relevant services. Your doctor will advise on treatment suitability during the consultation.
Can you help me find an English-speaking clinic?
Tell us your preferred language. We’ll include available language support information in your clinic recommendations, so you can factor this into your decision.
Should I contact you before arriving in Tokyo?
Ideally, yes. Contacting us before your trip gives us more time to explore availability around your schedule. Some clinics book up quickly, so earlier is better.
Is a treatment guaranteed?
Appointments depend on clinic availability and acceptance. The treating doctor decides whether a treatment is medically suitable following their own assessment — this is always the doctor’s decision to make.
What if my plans change?
Please contact us on WhatsApp. Our cancellation and refund policy applies to the concierge service, and the clinic’s own policy applies separately to your appointment and treatment payments.
